Sterilizer Service

Routine maintenance on your SPD (Sterile Processing Department) equipment will provide general upkeep and longevity of expected useful life. PM Inspections done quarterly as well as all service labor are included under contract. Exclusions for billable labor includes: chamber cleaning, replacement installation of new boilers, boiler bolt extractions, and welding work for perforated chambers. Service of house steam or integral boiler is included under this contract in conjunction with the covered steam served sterilizer or washer. The sterilizer/washer will be maintained to factory service specifications. This level of service insures the equipment will last for many years and will perform to manufacturer specifications.
